Once your payment has been fully cleared, your order begins to process during our business hours (Monday through Friday).
If your order has yet to be shipped out, please contact us ASAP, preferably by Facebook Messanger, within 2 hours of the time your order has been placed, and we can help you change any items from your order.
However, if your order has already been shipped out from our warehouse, then contact us and we will guide you about how to solve this.
