Why haven't I received my order yet? My tracking number doesn't work.Updated 2 years ago

If you already received the shipping communication email/SMS with your tracking number but your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please refer to our Shipping Times section and verify if your order is within the expected delivery time. If it's not, please contact us and we'll try to get additional details about your package for you, but be in mind this isn't always possible for us.

Most of the time, packages are delivered on time, but due to external factors and depending on the time of the year, some of them may be delayed.

Tracking codes can get stuck for some days before they start updating again. This usually happens when they leave the country of origin and/or arrive in the country of destination, it's normal and shouldn't take more than a couple of days to normalize.
