Our warranty only applies to our own products. It does not extend to any device (your phone, your watch) or any third-party items (skins, chargers, etc).
We have a clear General Defect Warranty Policy. Please read below for more information on it:
General Defect Warranty Policy
Our General Defect Warranty covers any defect that is the result of manufacturing errors. This does not include installation failure, tear, wear, and etc.
If you have an issue with your items, please do not throw them away even if they are not usable anymore.
Please be aware that failure to provide pictures and a valid proof of purchase may result in not being able to utilize our policies, or not to its full extent.
